PCP ANALYST (PLENO)

**Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** 08:00 \- 18:00 with a 1-hour and 12-minute lunch break **Level:** Professional **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT * Plan picking or production schedules based on consolidated demand * Issue, control, and adjust orders according to operational needs * Assess operational capacity and reallocate activities in case of bottlenecks * Monitor execution in real time and propose tactical adjustments * Integrate order, inventory, and logistics data to optimize operations * Ensure commercial deadlines are met for planned orders * Participate in alignment meetings with logistics, sales, and customer service teams * Monitor and report operational performance indicators and SLAs * Propose improvements to scheduling and control workflows * Standardize PCP routines across distribution centers **Requirements:** * Minimum Education: Completed Bachelor’s degree * Preferred Education: Postgraduate degree in Logistics, Production Engineering, or * Supply Chain * Field of Study: Production Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration Minimum Experience: 2 years in PCP, demand planning, or logistics operations * **Benefits:** Medical assistance, Dental assistance, Gym allowance, Corporate mobile phone, Parking, Life insurance, Meal voucher, Transportation voucher
