We are now looking for a **Global** **Infrastructure Manager** who is passionate about resilience, scalability, automation, and cloud\-driven innovation. This role is ideal for someone who wants to shape the future of IT infrastructure Globally — moving beyond traditional “keep the lights on” operations and into a modern, intelligent, automated, data\-driven landscape. What you’ll do * Lead and mentor a high\-performance infrastructure team. * Drive reliability, scalability, and global availability of our platforms. * Design and evolve our hybrid cloud strategy (Azure \+ on\-premises). * Champion modernization, automation, and infrastructure as code. * Implement advanced governance and access models (RBAC, Zero Trust). * Collaborate with architecture, development, security, and data teams. * Build an observability\-first mindset using monitoring and analytics. Location \& Work Model Hybrid \- 1 time per week in our office located in Jundiai/SP * Manage vendor relationships, contracts, SLAs, and automation partnerships. * Evolve disaster recovery and resilience capabilities across regions. What we’re looking for * Strong experience in infrastructure leadership roles. * Solid background with cloud platforms (Azure). * Hands\-on knowledge of networking, servers, virtualization, storage, backup. * Experience with ITIL, ISO 27001, Zero Trust or similar frameworks. * Ability to balance innovation with operational discipline. * Strong communication and team\-leadership abilities. * A creative mindset — someone who solves problems rather than maintains status quo. * Advanced English is mandatory Nice to have * Experience with Infrastructure as Code (ARM, Bicep, Terraform, etc.). * Experience with automation (PowerShell, Python, DevOps pipelines). * Experience supporting multi\-region / multi\-tenant environments. * Familiarity with observability tooling (Grafana, Azure Monitor, SIEM, etc.). * AZ\-104 and AZ\-305 Certifications Job Type: Full\-time Application Question(s): * Do you have availability to work on\-site once a week in Jundiaí?
