Work model: Hybrid – 1 day onsite Unit: Osasco/SP **What will your day-to-day look like?** As a Data Engineer III, you will work in the Data Intelligence Management area, with the following key responsibilities: * Design, develop, and optimize scalable, high-performance data pipelines, ensuring efficient and reliable processing across People-related data environments. * Collaborate closely with Data Scientists and BI Analysts, delivering structured, reliable, and optimized datasets to support Machine Learning model development and Power BI dashboard and analytics creation. * Ensure data quality, integrity, and governance throughout the entire information lifecycle. * Participate in defining and evolving the data architecture, applying best practices in modeling, versioning, and performance. * Provide technical guidance to other Data Engineers, promoting architectural standards, development best practices, and continuous improvement of the data ecosystem. **Requirements and Qualifications** What do you need to have or know? * Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or related fields. * Solid expertise in Data Architecture. * Proficiency in programming languages for data processing and transformation, especially Python and advanced SQL. * Strong understanding of Data Modeling—including Entity-Relationship (ER) Modeling—to enable efficient pipelines and optimized queries. * Experience with Cloud Computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
