The company is seeking a professional to work in a 24-hour monitoring center, handling customer service, alarm monitoring, and incident management. Requirements: * Availability to work on a 12x36 shift schedule (day and/or night); * Prior experience in the role is desirable; * Good communication skills and attention to detail; * Basic computer knowledge. Responsibilities: * Alarm monitoring; * Telephone customer service; * Incident logging and follow-up; * Notifying responsible parties and providing operational support.
