HR Assistant

Description

We are seeking an HR Assistant to focus on recruitment and selection, especially for bus drivers. Will post job openings, screen resumes, and schedule interviews; Schedule admission medical examinations; Receive documentation; Track experience evaluations. Provide support to employees, clarifying questions; Manage open positions; Conduct employee exit evaluations. Perform other duties relevant to the area. Location: Várzea Paulista. Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 6 PM. **REQUIREMENTS:** Experience in high-volume recruitment and selection. Currently pursuing or completed a degree in Human Resources or related fields. Reside in Taipas or nearby areas. Availability to work flexible hours. Preferred knowledge of the Globus system. Employment type: Full-time CLT contract. Salary: R$3\.232,00 per month.
