As a \#CPLover, you will: * Design, implement, and manage CI/CD (Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery) pipelines using Azure DevOps, GKE, and GCP. * Automate infrastructure using IaC (Infrastructure as Code) tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation. * Monitor application performance and availability, implementing monitoring and alerting solutions. * Ensure security across the entire development lifecycle by implementing DevSecOps practices. * Collaborate with development, operations, and security teams to identify and resolve issues. * Share knowledge and experience with the team, supporting the knowledge transfer process. * Develop new projects and solutions, following business area specifications. * Analyze, develop, and maintain information systems using established methodologies and procedures to meet departmental needs. * Produce technical documentation and perform unit testing on delivered work per established methodology, ensuring system functionality and reliability. * Provide technical support to users via service tickets to maintain operational continuity. * Technically mentor junior analysts, clarifying doubts and explaining proper work execution methods to enable knowledge transfer. * Continuously assess, together with your leader, risks that may hinder project success and act to prevent or mitigate them. * Practice and promote Care Plus’s Mission, Vision, and Values. To succeed in this role, you need: * Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields. * Experience in system development and implementation of DevOps practices. * Solid expertise in Azure DevOps (Pipelines, Repos, Boards). * Experience with GKE (Google Kubernetes Engine) and Kubernetes. * Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP). * Experience with automation tools and IaC (Infrastructure as Code). * Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash). It is also desirable that you have: * Certifications in Azure DevOps, Google Cloud, or Kubernetes. * Knowledge of .NET 8 and system architecture. * Intermediate technical English. * Excellent logical analysis skills, process understanding and execution, systemic vision, innovation orientation, initiative, and results focus. * Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical audiences. * Familiarity with Visual Studio, .NET Full Framework 4.8 (minimum), C#, Web Development, Web Forms, MVC, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, PL/SQL, Web Services, Windows Service, GitHub, .NET 6 or higher, Web APIs.
