Job Summary: We are seeking a Production Assistant to support production line activities, ensuring organization, machine replenishment, and quality and safety standards. Key Highlights: 1. Develop attention to detail and proactivity Production Assistant \- 1st and 2nd Shift We are looking for a **Production Assistant** to support production process activities, contributing to workplace organization, line replenishment, and compliance with company standards for quality, safety, and productivity. **Responsibilities:** * Assist in production line activities as directed by leadership; * Replenish machines and workstations with supplies and materials; * Perform material and product sorting, verification, and organization; * Support product assembly, packaging, and finishing; * Maintain a clean and organized workplace, adhering to safety regulations; * Identify and report potential deviations in the production process; * Properly use PPE and comply with internal procedures; * Assist in material loading, unloading, and handling when required. **Requirements:** * Completed elementary education; * Prior experience in production or operational areas is considered a plus; * Ability to follow routines and operational instructions; * Availability to work on a **6x1 schedule**, either the **1st shift (5:50 AM to 2:10 PM)** or the **2nd shift (2:00 PM to 10:17 PM)**. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in an industrial environment or on a production line; * Basic knowledge of production processes; * Ability to work effectively in a team. **Behavioral Competencies:** * Attention to detail; * Responsibility and commitment; * Discipline in following rules and procedures; * Proactivity; * Agility and organization; * Good interpersonal skills.
