After all, it is 100% Brazilian and built by people who truly believe in the words of our founder: ***“Hard work conquers all!”***. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Achieve revenue targets while ensuring margin, monitoring daily departmental goals and results via management tools, and taking necessary corrective actions for deviations. * Deploy the strategy defined at headquarters across regional offices. * Serve as the primary liaison supporting customers between internal company departments. * Monitor fines and manage related actions. * Manage business plans (including preparation, countermeasures, and fund disbursement). * Monitor sell-out, inventory days, and plan adjustment actions according to deviations. * Ensure achievement of planned volume and mix targets per customer. * Draft and internally approve sales proposals. * Understand and execute the order approval and implementation process. * Ensure maintenance and updating of product catalogs at customer sites. * Monitor order portfolio, billing, and delivery until product availability at the point of sale. * Fulfill the daily logbook by performing activities according to defined frequency and understanding. * Comply with the company’s Excellence Program (SEY) routine. * Ensure sales routine with check-in/check-out during pre-established visits and guarantee visit effectiveness. * Jointly develop JBP (Joint Business Plan) with customers and interfacing internal departments, and cascade JBP targets through meetings with other internal departments and customers.
