Job Summary: A professional responsible for managing and executing deliveries and pickups, monitoring contracted services, and proactively resolving issues to achieve continuous improvement and customer satisfaction. Key Highlights: 1. Management and execution of deliveries and pickups 2. Proactive involvement and proposal of effective solutions 3. Planning, automation, and performance monitoring - Ensure proper management and execution of deliveries and pickups; - Record information in the system; - Monitor billing and handling of contracted services; - Act preventively and propose quick and effective solutions; - Plan, automate, and monitor results; - Reduce dissatisfaction rates and drive continuous improvement; - Conduct follow-up meetings with customers; - Act as the business owner across all operational fronts; - Handle indemnification processes with customers, suppliers, and internal departments.
