Logistics report and KPI development Human Resources Consulting is seeking a Logistics Analyst in Jundiaí. Jund Empregos is a platform dedicated to job placement in the Jundiaí region, providing services to connect job seekers and companies seeking talent. **Responsibilities:** Execute and validate registration of new items in the system, ensuring all information—including volume, weight, dimensions, slotting, and minimum/maximum parameters—is accurate to optimize warehousing, replenishment, and picking. Monitor demand indicators, order fulfillment rates, stockouts, and replenishment failures on a daily basis, proposing corrective actions jointly with PCP, Sales, and Operations departments. Support planning and control of logistics activities, ensuring execution of shipping, warehousing, and productivity targets. Conduct both rotating and full inventory counts, reconciling discrepancies, investigating systemic errors, and implementing action plans to correct inventory inconsistencies. Perform diagnostics and provide support for system errors (WMS, ERP, etc.), ensuring information flow between departments and operational data integrity. Develop reports and KPIs, such as order fill rate, inventory turnover, IRA, productivity, and cycle time. Previous experience as Logistics Coordinator, Supply Chain Specialist, Supply Chain Analyst, or Logistics Supervisor may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. Bachelor’s degree in progress required.
