Handle the registration and recording of supply and service contracts, monitoring their entire execution until completion. Verify invoice and measurement bulletin entries, ensuring correct physical and financial progress. Prepare and analyze management reports on contracts and invoice recording. Perform financial and tax control of contracts. **Responsibilities and Duties** Prepare and advise the department on supply and service contracts, supporting the legal department in executing industrial and procurement projects; Support the administration, control, and organization of the company’s contracts with third parties; Assist in reviewing contract drafts and details, as well as purchase orders, prior to formalization; Assist in monitoring project development and execution, providing support and gathering information related to equipment and materials, services, costs, and other necessary data for drafting new contracts and/or contractual amendments for ongoing projects; Support analysis of contract clauses and content, highlighting relevant issues and notifying concerned individuals or departments to clarify responsibilities regarding deadlines, schedules, and specific contractual penalty conditions; Provide and control information sent to the finance department for billing, settlements, and other purposes; Support contract preparation and negotiate terms and values within defined specifications and standards to ensure compliance with contractual clauses; Assist in analyzing invoices per contractual terms for payment data issuance; Receive and review technical and/or commercial proposals, communicating with various departments involved in projects and procurement; Register supply and service contracts (and other contracts) in systems. Attend to clients to clarify balances, invoices, and other contractual elements; Review entries for already recorded contracts. Monitor and review contract measurements and other financial and tax control documents; Collect and summarize data to structure management reports on the company’s financial position and risks, analyzing financial data to contribute to decision-making processes; Monitor and assist in processing accounts payable and receivable, organizing and analyzing cash flow, collecting billing and payment data (to suppliers, taxes), to prepare management reports for analyzing the company’s financial operations, as well as for cost, expense, and spending control. **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed undergraduate degree; Professional experience. **Additional Information** Inpasa Brasil was one of the first Brazilian industries producing **Corn Ethanol**, and today is the **largest producer** of clean, renewable corn-based fuel in **Latin America**.
