We strive to provide the best working environment for our employees; therefore, we seek energetic professionals eager to learn new things and willing to be part of something greater. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Participate in projects as a team member, aiming at continuous process improvement (Kaizen). * Support the operational performance of plant production areas, identifying improvement opportunities and providing support for corrective and preventive actions. * Collaborate in specifying and verifying the appropriate use of equipment, materials, and labor to optimize production means. * Assist in requirements for acquiring new equipment, machines, instruments, devices, and tools, as well as in adapting labor resources. * Participate in developing new products and processes, anticipating potential failures in the production process and suggesting improvements that enhance outcomes. * Support the development of area-related documents such as Standardized Work, Process Flowcharts, among others, using them as a basis for decisions to be made. * Analyze and evaluate fabrication projects and bills of materials, ensuring product specifications and equipment quality. * Collaborate with Product Engineering in analyzing and solving issues related to design and material specifications. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering or related fields. * Knowledge of production processes, mechanical drawing reading and interpretation, electrical project reading and interpretation, and technical drawing preparation. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * CAD software knowledge is desirable. **Additional Information** * Attendance Bonus * Meal Allowance * Charter Transportation * On-site Meals * Dental Plan * Co-payment Medical Assistance * Life Insurance To achieve our goals, we do not work alone.
