If you wish to join our team, don’t miss this opportunity. **Job Description** ---------------------- * Manage inventory and follow up on items in COGI (inventory adjustment to ensure correct material consumption in SAP). * Analyze supplies, raw materials, or expired products in inventory. * Perform daily production reporting reconciliation — SOX Control. * Conduct third-party inventory / inventory reconciliation, including accounting for losses within the relevant period and reversals or production balance entries as per NC. * Support, guide, and alert Operations during cycle count inventories. * Address SAP discrepancies between fiscal documents and tax calculations. * Manage purchase invoices, service invoices, and freight invoices (incoming XML management) to prevent improper invoices or failure to comply with fiscal posting requirements. * Monitor and manage pending fiscal invoices (GNF) to ensure no service invoices remain pending return, thereby avoiding unauthorized expenses and tax penalties. * Ensure SOX control through internal audit routines for the process. * Provide technical support to internal departments and other members of the inbound team. * Manage inbound time for loads transferred between units. * Provide documentary support to internal departments, audits, or inspections. **Job Description Continued** ---------------------------------- * Comply with BRF’s Sustainability Policy, promoting management and meeting global ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) indicators and commitments. **Academic Qualifications** ---------------------- * Bachelor’s degree completed. + Degree in Administration, Accounting, Law, Economics, or related fields. **Technical Competencies** ------------------------- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Knowledge of departmental KPIs and management tools Experience with systems and solutions — SAP Knowledge of KPI definition and dashboard structuring Knowledge of controlling Familiarity with applicable internal policies, standards, and procedures Apply now and become part of BRF!
