Management of hiring of in-house and subcontracted labor. Contract management. Construction site management. Planning monitoring. Verification of service execution. Monthly submissions of revenue forecasts and disbursement plans. Payroll closing and contractor measurements. Drawing interpretation. Previous experience as a Civil Engineer, Project Engineer, Construction Engineer, or Structural Engineer may indicate alignment with some of the activities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
