Provide customer service, offering reliable advice and excellent service to store customers, demonstrating extensive product knowledge and experience in automotive repair and testing, providing technical consultation when necessary, with a service attitude that exceeds customer expectations. In addition to making sales, assist in managing product displays, ensuring the store's appearance and cleanliness are maintained. Support cash register operations and assist other AutoZoners, including assuming responsibility for the store in the absence of the manager. * Assist the Store Manager in store management; * Help develop new AutoZoners; * Provide specialized customer service; * Maintain appropriate inventory control to promote sales and uphold store appearance; * Ensure processes and documentation related to sales, pricing, and physical inventory counts; * Assist less technically knowledgeable colleagues in making correct sales; * High school diploma or equivalent; * Experience in leadership and goal achievement; * Availability to work on weekends and holidays; * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite is desirable; * Automotive industry knowledge is desirable.
