We are now seeking a Logistics Manager to join our team. **Key Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Production Engineering, or related fields; * Postgraduate qualification in this area will be considered an advantage during selection; * Willingness to reside in Ituiutaba – MG; * Proven prior experience in Logistics and Distribution; * Experience with refrigerated cargo is required; * Knowledge of inventory and transportation management systems; * Familiarity with and experience using digital tools applied in this field; * Analytical and problem-solving skills; * Negotiation skills with various stakeholders involved in the logistics process; * Team management and leadership. **Key Responsibilities:** * Management of storage and inventory for finished products, raw materials, and supplies; * Control of product shelf life, storage conditions, and application of inventory management methods to regulate product outflow; * Coordination of the flow between production, inventory, dispatch, and distribution; * Planning and monitoring of route optimization; * Management of owned or third-party refrigerated truck fleets; * Ensuring cold chain integrity during storage and transportation; * Implementation of temperature monitoring and recording; * Negotiation with suppliers and transport companies; * Monitoring of SLAs and logistics performance; * Compliance with sanitary and regulatory standards; * Product traceability management; * Monitoring of logistics KPIs, costs, losses, and service levels; * Leadership and management of logistics teams; * Training of teams and standardization of processes.
