




A professional responsible for monitoring and supervising the execution of civil works, maintenance, improvements, and expansions of road infrastructure, ensuring that services are carried out in accordance with executive project documents and technical specifications. Ensures quality control of construction processes, inputs, suppliers, equipment, and products, using corporate supervision systems. Supports construction management activities related to physical\-financial schedule control, measurements and quantifications, providing input for payment processes. Supervises and guides field technical teams, promoting best practices in execution, quality, occupational safety, and compliance with Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) standards, as well as preparing technical reports and photographic records, while maintaining communication with internal departments and agencies involved in construction monitoring. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Monitor and supervise the execution of civil works, maintenance, improvements, and expansions of road infrastructure. * Ensure use of the Construpoint system for construction supervision. * Ensure executed services comply with executive projects, technical specifications, ABNT standards, applicable legislation, and regulatory agency requirements. * Guarantee quality of processes, inputs, suppliers, equipment, and products, as well as proper execution of services according to the project. * Support construction management in meeting the physical\-financial schedule of projects, routinely verifying execution deadlines and costs. * Perform measurements of completed services, verify quantities, and support payment processes to suppliers and contractors. * Support construction management in preparing and finalizing measurements by inspecting, evaluating, and confirming on\-site services through calculation memos and photographic reports. * Supervise construction and service contracts, ensuring compliance with defined technical scopes. * Issue quality records when necessary—e.g., non\-conformities, corrective and preventive actions, project modifications—and conduct inspections for receipt of inputs, suppliers, plants, and laboratories. * Monitor and guide internal and third\-party teams regarding best practices in execution, quality, and occupational safety. * Monitor, guide, and analyze technological control test results from Contractors, and perform monitoring controls and their frequency—e.g., retigraphs, sketches, mapping, and other tools. * Ensure acceptance of works within established quality standards and current regulations, conducting routine inspections and thorough evaluations comparing project documentation, standards, procedures, and on\-site execution. Provide technical/executive assistance to contracting companies. * Support technical leadership of the construction supervision team by guiding, instructing, training, and overseeing the development of field supervision activities in accordance with established service delivery standards. * Ensure compliance with Health, Occupational Safety and Environment (HSE) regulations, proactively identifying and mitigating risks. * Prepare technical reports, photographic records, opinions, and controls related to project progress. * Support immediate supervisor in managing time cards, overtime banks, vacations, leaves of absence, and other people management processes for the team, collecting and tracking relevant employee data. * Supervise field Construction Technicians assigned across construction sites. * Support licensing, authorizations, audits, inspections, and internal or external supervision processes. * Interface with internal areas such as Operations, Occupational Safety, Environment, Procurement, and Finance. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering. * Postgraduate specialization or master’s degree in Construction Engineering, Infrastructure, or Project Management is desirable. * Minimum 3 years’ experience in civil works and/or infrastructure. * Experience in highway concessions, road works, or transport infrastructure is desirable. * Planning and control of physical\-financial schedules. * Legislation applicable to construction works, contracts, and concessions. * Occupational Health and Safety (NRs). * Measurements, controls, and reports related to construction works. * Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). * Monitoring and support of civil and road construction execution. * Reading and interpretation of technical drawings. * Measurements, surveys, and construction controls. * Use of electronic devices (mobile phones, internet, applications). * Technical standards (ABNT, DNIT, DER/SP) applicable to road infrastructure works. * Basic knowledge of legislation applicable to construction works and contracts. * Knowledge of construction control and management systems is desirable. * Familiarity with AutoCAD is desirable. * Knowledge of laboratory testing and plant processes (pavement, earthworks, concrete). **Additional Information** * Amil Health Insurance Plan * Flexible Food/Meal Benefit (iFood) * Totalpass * Life Insurance Novo Litoral Concessionaire (CNL) was founded with a purpose: to provide safety and a new mobility experience for users of highways in Baixada Santista, Alto Tietê, and Vale do Ribeira.
