We seek an organized, proactive, communicative professional with a professional demeanor who enjoys interacting with the public and is eager to learn and grow alongside the clinic. We value responsible individuals who pay attention to detail and are committed to excellence in service. Key responsibilities include: greeting and welcoming patients arriving at the clinic; scheduling and managing the appointment calendar for consultations and procedures; handling phone and WhatsApp communications; confirming appointments; and supporting daily administrative tasks. The role also involves efficiently monitoring and organizing the appointment calendar to improve patient attendance rates. Therefore, the clinic offers a performance-based bonus linked to patient attendance and calendar organization. Strong communication skills, organizational ability, ease in managing calendars, WhatsApp usage, and public service are essential.
