




Responsible for nutritional monitoring of food production, ensuring quality, food safety, and compliance with sanitary regulations. Works in menu planning, input control, and supervision of good practices in the kitchen. **Main Responsibilities:** **•** Menu planning: develop and adapt menus according to the company’s profile; **•** Production monitoring: supervise food preparation, cooking, and meal distribution; **•** Quality control: verify hygiene standards, taste, texture, temperature, and food presentation; **•** Good practices: ensure compliance with food safety regulations and current legislation; **•** Team training: guide staff on good food handling practices; **•** Input control: monitor inventory, expiration dates, storage, and waste; **•** Documentation: prepare and keep updated SOPs, technical sheets, and records required by Sanitary Surveillance; **•** Operational support: contribute to improvements in kitchen processes and routines. **Job Type:** Permanent CLT. **Benefits:** * Transportation allowance; * Market-competitive salary. **Experience:** * Experience in food service companies/UAN (Mandatory); * Good food handling practices (Mandatory); * Experience as Technical Responsible Nutritionist (Desirable).
