We do all this with Ethics, Commitment, Humility, Innovation, and Boldness, and we are seeking a Logistics professional to join our team. **Main Requirements:** * Degree in Administration, Logistics, Production Engineering, or related fields; * Proactivity, good communication, and organizational skills; * Previous experience in the Logistics field; * Familiarity with automotive maintenance processes and best practices for fleet preservation; * CNH B; * Intermediate Excel skills; * Knowledge of routes, logistics, and transportation operations. * Intermediate Excel skills. **Main Responsibilities:** * Control and schedule preventive and corrective fleet maintenance. * Manage tires (replacement, lifespan, rotation, and retreading). * Monitor telematics and tracking, analyzing deviations, events, and routes. * Organize and control driver schedules and working hours. * Conduct periodic vehicle checklists, verifying condition, cleanliness, and safety items. * Monitor and analyze fuel consumption, identifying variations and inconsistencies. * Control fleet documentation. * Record and manage fleet incidents, such as damages, breakdowns, and accidents. * Generate fleet performance reports and operational cost indicators. * Provide operational support to drivers and teams involved in transportation.
