If you wish to join our team, don’t miss this opportunity. **Job Description** ---------------------- * Operate all feed manufacturing-related processes (Control Room Operation). * Operate truck dumpers, dryers, and pre-cleaning machines. * Assist with cleaning and organizing the factory in receiving, storage, silo loading, production (floors, walls, hoppers, sieves, sleeves, shovels, spatulas, cups, brooms, ingredient transport carts, external and internal equipment parts, and pallet jacks), and feed dispatch. * Conduct counts and actively participate in managing packaging, raw material, and finished product inventories, supporting leadership with physical inventory information at the unit. * Export approved formulas to the supervisory system and schedule production programming according to demand and the production sequence established by the planning department. * Guide production operators regarding manual ingredient separation and weighing requirements, as well as silo loading. * Print labels according to the production sequence and make them available to operators in the packaging area. * Operate production line equipment as required (mixers, mills, and bagging machines). * Segregate non-conforming products for subsequent evaluation and resolution with Quality Assurance and Animal Nutrition teams. * Apply monitoring checklists for the process and production environment. * Accurately record tasks according to frequency and standardized forms used in the department. * Report and address anomalies related to feed manufacturing activities. * Assist in investigations and participate in developing action plans to resolve anomalies. * Issue maintenance work orders as required by the department and monitor maintenance plan execution, reporting deviations to leadership. **Academic Qualifications** ---------------------- * Completed Elementary Education.
