**Responsibilities:** Attend customers cordially, promptly, and excellently to fully address all their needs—whether at the ticket counter, confectionery stand, or projection room—in order to deliver a satisfying experience and strengthen the customer-company relationship. Offer products and services to customers, mediate and resolve conflicts, maintain a clean and organized workplace, and provide full support to the manager to ensure smooth store operations. **Compensation and Benefits:** * Salary: R$ 1\.621,00 * Cash-handling allowance: R$ 162,10 (when operating the cash register) * Meal allowance: R$ 25.00 per workday, averaging R$625.00 per month * Dental plan * Transportation allowance * Birthday day off \*Subject to internal policy\* * Schedule: 1:30 PM to 10:00 PM \- rotating 6x1 schedule \- We seek courteous individuals who enjoy working in customer service and sales, and who are available to work during mall hours, on a rotating schedule including closing shifts from 3:30 PM to 11:30 PM\.
