Support for various office functions JOB: ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT Main Responsibilities: General administrative routines, customer registration and credit analysis, issuance of invoices (bank slips, trade receivables, and promissory notes), accounts payable and receivable, product registration in ERP systems, collections, freight quotation and tracking, invoice entry, commercial proposals, inventory control, batch and expiry date management, semi-annual reports (IMA), travel support, customer service (phone, WhatsApp, and e\-mail), document organization and digitization, file management. Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (with 1-hour lunch break) \- Saturday: 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM Salary: R$ 2\.500,00 Benefits: Alelo Card \+ Gympass Education: Pursuing or completed degree in Administration or Accounting.
