Monitoring documents and completing records Job Description: **Reception / Materials Production** Main Responsibilities: * Reception: Greeting therapists (ATs), welcoming parents, receiving deliveries, and opening gates * Materials: Producing clinic materials and social stories required for appointments * Therapist Support: Assisting with printing, distributing materials, and managing toy delivery and return * Documentation: Monitoring submission of registration forms, supervision notes, and session notes; overseeing completion of progress notes and control sheets Requirements: * Completed high school education * Full-time availability * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Canva skills are a plus) * Manual dexterity, e.g., cutting skills * Agility, proactivity, and responsibility Working Hours: * 08:00 to 12:00 \- 13:00 to 18:00 * Monday to Friday Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Compensation: R$1\.621,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Transportation allowance
