We seek a professional with strong operational skills, who is organized and capable of working in a dynamic environment where processes are still being refined and will require attention, discipline, and a sense of priority. Job Context TQT Hardware Store is in its initial operational stage, experiencing a high volume of incoming goods, product mix organization, and implementation of a management system. This scenario demands hands\-on involvement, rapid learning, and commitment to building robust processes. \-\-\- Main Responsibilities \- Verification of incoming goods (quantity, quality, and discrepancies) \- Organization and location assignment of products in inventory and store \- Shelf stocking and product replenishment \- Entry of invoices and products into the system \- Correction of inventory discrepancies (physical vs. system) \- Support in standardization and inventory control \- Identification of operational errors and proposal of improvements \-\-\- Desired Qualifications \- Prior experience in inventory control or logistics \- Familiarity with management systems (ERP) \- Proficiency with technology and digital processes \- Basic knowledge of hardware and construction materials \- Organized, detail\-oriented, and proactive profile \-\-\- Compensation and Benefits \- Salary: R$ 2\.000,00 \- Transportation allowance: R$ 290\.00 \- Meals provided at the company \-\-\- Working Hours \- Monday to Friday: 08:00 to 17:00 \- Saturday: 08:00 to 12:00 \- Note: During the opening period, working hours may be adjusted (earlier start or extended shifts according to operational demand). \-\-\- Expected Profile We seek someone who understands they are joining an operation under construction.
