What we offer you: * **Work schedule:** 44 hours per week * **Daily-life benefits:** Transportation allowance or fuel assistance, meal or food allowance, and breakfast at the workplace. * **Health and wellness benefits:** Health and dental plans, life insurance, vaccine discounts extended to legal dependents, and a personal health assistance app. * **Your Achievement:** Profit-sharing program (PLR) and bonus leave. * **Celebrations:** Christmas dinner allowance and half-day off on your birthday. * **Advantage Club:** Discounts on education and benefits across various services and establishments. * **Family benefits:** Laboratory check-up for parents during the employee's birth month and R$ 1,000 annually for laboratory exams for legal dependents; childcare or daycare assistance; school supply discount at the start of the academic year; extended maternity and paternity leave; and pregnancy program. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Act as a strategic business partner in the regional office by gaining in-depth knowledge of local operations, their challenges, and growth opportunities; promote worker well-being and oversee endomarketing and internal communication initiatives. * Develop interactive activities, decorations, and handmade/artistic materials for company celebrations and events—designed meaningfully for employees and aligned with organizational culture. * Actively promote and disseminate Grupo Sabin’s Culture, Values, and Organizational Purpose across all units under your responsibility. * Support content management for talent attraction (*Employer Branding*) on social media platforms. * Support the development of the local HR team, ensuring consistent and high-quality implementation of Grupo Sabin’s HR practices and policies. * Ensure execution and monitoring of all HR processes in the regional office, acting as a facilitator between corporate headquarters and local departments. * Identify training and development needs (technical, operational, and behavioral), collaborating with the Corporate University. * Build close relationships with managers and leaders, understanding the local workforce and supporting organizational strategies focused on results. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed undergraduate degree — preferably in Human Resource Management and/or Business-related fields. * Proficiency in creating and adapting visual materials (layouts, presentations, announcements), with Canva expertise preferred. * Practical experience producing content and language tailored for corporate and digital platforms, requiring social media proficiency. * Basic to intermediate skills in recording and editing videos (reels, trainings, or internal announcements). * Creative and proactive profile, capable of proposing new engagement ideas and communication formats. * Strong verbal communication skills and ease speaking publicly. **Additional Information** Applicant, please note that upon application, if selected in the hiring process, the following documents will be required for potential onboarding: identified and up-to-date vaccination card showing: 2 doses of MMR vaccine, Diphtheria-Tetanus (DT), Yellow Fever (YF), 1st, 2nd, and 3rd doses of Hepatitis B, and 1st and 2nd doses of COVID-19 vaccine; birth or marriage certificate; ID (RG); CPF; voter registration card; work record book (CTPS); PIS number; proof of minimum educational qualification required for this role; proof of residence including ZIP code (CEP); military service certificate or enlistment certificate (for males over 18 years old); and any other position-specific documents. **Notes** * We review applications attentively, carefully, and respectfully.
