Responsibilities and Expected Activities: Ensure software optimization; • Conduct and perform information and data gathering for system study and implementation; • Develop instructions and documentation for programmers; • Perform operation and maintenance, keeping\-them always up to date; • Develop programming requirements, including development, testing, and implementation; • Research, develop, formulate, and ensure solutions for system development; • Ensure quality of routines and processes within the area; • Analyze performance of deployed systems, re-evaluate routines, manuals, and work methods to verify user satisfaction, and suggest more effective work methodologies; • Conduct audits to ensure compliance with operational standards and security procedures; • Analyze and evaluate manual systems, proposing new work methods or their automation, aiming to optimize utilization of available human and material resources; formulate studies regarding creation and modification of methodologies and procedures necessary for system development; research, develop, design, and refine database projects; • Promote optimal utilization of database resources; • Facilitate access to databases by departments requiring them; • Research, estimate costs and needs, and develop data security projects. Education: Incomplete Higher Education \- Computer Science Specific and/or Desired Knowledge: Experience Minimum Required Experience: At least one (1) year of experience with Excel, VBA programming language, SQL, and programming logic. Advanced Excel, advanced VBA programming language, SQL, and programming logic. Preferred candidates are currently pursuing or have completed a degree in Computer Science, Systems Analysis, Software Engineering, or related fields.
