Handling loading and unloading of construction materials **Construction Helper / Laborer – Immediate Start** **Job Description:** We are hiring a Construction Helper willing to work on construction sites. The professional will assist skilled workers (masons and plumbers) to ensure workflow efficiency and site organization. **Responsibilities:** * Preparing concrete and mortar mixes. * Excavating and backfilling trenches for piping. * Loading and unloading construction materials (cement, sand, blocks). * Assisting in assembling hydraulic networks and structural elements. * Cleaning and organizing the construction site. **Requirements:** * Prior experience in civil construction (documented or with references). * Physical stamina for heavy labor. * Attendance reliability and punctuality. * **Availability to start immediately.** **Compensation Package:** * **Salary:** R$ 1.700,00 * **Meal Allowance:** R$ 400,00 * **Transportation Allowance:** Paid in cash.
