Job Summary: Professional responsible for performing the separation and dispensing of materials and medications, ensuring appropriate patient care and inventory control. Key Highlights: 1. Commitment to safety and organization of supplies Perform the separation and dispensing of prescribed or requested materials and medications, ensuring that patient care is delivered appropriately. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Receive, inspect, and store items according to current regulations; * Divide and label; * Perform separation and inspection of prescribed/requested materials and medications as required; * Provide counter services upon manual request or via system; * Control inventory of materials and medications, verifying expiration dates, batches, organization, and environmental cleanliness; * Notify when a specific material or medication reaches the predetermined minimum stock level; * Perform medication division according to demand; * Dispense medications and materials to requesting units, ensuring supply safety; * Execute inventory write-offs, returns, and transfers of medications and materials to maintain updated stock records; * Monitor temperature control for thermolabile medications and environment; * Provide data to immediate supervisor for indicator consolidation; * Record incidents in the shift logbook; * Perform related activities according to the procedures manual. **Exclusive Activities – High-Cost Pharmacy** * Register users and prescriptions in the MEDEX system; * Conduct user triage; * Assemble flyers. **Exclusive Activities – Outpatient Clinics and High-Cost Pharmacy** * Receive medications and materials according to invoice, supply order, and purchase commitment verification, as validated by the immediate supervisor. * Store and record movement of received medications and materials. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Computer literacy; * Prior experience in this role is desirable. **Additional Information** Hiring Unit: **UAI PLANALTO** Monthly Workload: **180H \- rotating 12x36 schedule** Working Hours: **6:30 AM to 6:30 PM and 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM** Salary Range: **R$1\.500,00 to R$1\.800,00 (monthly)** The **SPDM** \- Paulista Association for Medical Development is a non-profit, philanthropic civil association, federally, state, and municipally recognized as being of public utility, respectively under Decrees No. 57\.925, dated 03/04/1966; No. 40\.103, dated 05/17/1962; and No. 8\.911, dated 07/30/1970\. SPDM – Paulista Association for Medical Development assumed management of Uberlândia Municipality’s Integrated Care Units (UAIs) on June 1, 2018, pursuing excellence in public health service delivery and commitment to SUS principles.
