Job Summary: The pharmacist inspects pharmacy operations, analyzes drug interactions, dispenses materials and medications, and provides technical guidance for process control. Key Highlights: 1. Analyze drug interactions and verify medical prescriptions. 2. Provide technical guidance and ensure pharmaceutical care. 3. Conduct training sessions and supervise medication restocking. Inspect pharmacy activities, analyzing drug interactions prescribed by physicians, verifying medication names, dosages, doses, dosage forms, and checking patient prescriptions; inspect the dispensing of materials and medications; provide technical guidance regarding medications to ensure pharmaceutical care aimed at process control. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Triage and evaluate medical prescriptions based on prescribed dosages; * Supervise staff in clinical routines, supporting processes and ensuring their proper execution; * Assist in developing the pharmacovigilance committee; * Evaluate medical prescriptions to prevent drug interactions through pharmacotherapeutic analysis; * Supervise daily medication restocking to improve replenishment times for consumed medications; * Conduct technical training sessions and team meetings to enhance staff competency in area-specific processes and thereby improve the quality of pharmaceutical care delivered; * Perform other duties pertinent to the position. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed undergraduate degree in Pharmacy; * Experience in public service and pharmaceutical care; * Intermediate-level computer skills; * Active Regional Council of Pharmacy (CRF) registration. **Additional Information** **Hiring Unit:** UAI Planalto and UAI Martins **Monthly Working Hours:** 220H **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 13:24–22:00; 03 weekend shifts (Saturday or Sunday, 08:00–17:00, including 1-hour lunch break) **Monthly Working Hours:** 180H **Working Hours:** 12x36 rotating schedule: 06:30–18:30 or 18:30–06:30 (on-call/off-duty) **Benefits:** * *Transportation allowance;* * *Meal allowance;* * *Life insurance;* * *Partnership with SESC and Tangará.* **Salary Range:** R$4\.400,00 to R$5\.300,00 **SPDM** \- Paulista Association for the Development of Medicine is a non-profit, philanthropic civil association, federally, state- and municipally recognized as being of public utility, respectively under Decrees No. 57\.925, dated 03/04/1966; No. 40\.103, dated 05/17/1962; and No. 8\.911, dated 07/30/1970\. SPDM – Paulista Association for the Development of Medicine assumed management of Uberlândia’s Integrated Care Units (UAIs) on June 1, 2018, pursuing excellence in public health services and commitment to SUS principles.
