Pharmaceutical product and documentation control and organization **Job Description:** ---------------------- Position: Pharmacist City: Uberaba Salary: R$ 6\.124,60 Job Responsibilities: · Serve customers at the pharmacy counter for medication dispensing, providing guidance on proper medication use; · Attend to customer requests for blood pressure measurement using appropriate equipment in a designated area; · Perform blood glucose tests on customers as specified in instructions, including blood collection, placement onto the dedicated device, site antisepsis, and recording results on the designated form; · Administer injectables to customers per medical prescription; · Monitor the entire disinfection process of the injectables room, verifying daily completion of the cleaning control checklist and archiving it appropriately to comply with regulatory inspections; · Supervise the collection of sharps waste performed by the contracted service provider, maintaining proper archival records of removal logs for regulatory inspection upon request; · Ensure all necessary materials for administering injectables or performing blood glucose tests (gloves, 70% alcohol, antiseptic soap, and paper towels) are available during respective tasks, retaining supporting documentation for regulatory inspection; · Maintain proper storage conditions and validity of controlled substances and antibiotics in the store to ensure service quality; · Ensure the controlled-substance cabinet remains securely locked and safeguard its key; · Enter all prescriptions from the previous day into the system daily and submit movement reports for controlled substances and antibiotics; · Correct reports returned with errors from the National Controlled Substances Management System (SNGPC) and resubmit them; · Conduct monthly inventory counts of controlled substances, ensuring the cabinet is always up-to-date; · Maintain a clean and organized workplace, taking care of tools and materials provided for task execution; · Perform duties with quality, ethics, and responsibility, preserving confidentiality regarding matters related to company activities; · Carry out other related duties as assigned by the manager/immediate supervisor.
