Responsibilities and Duties: * Blood pressure measurement – hypertension; * Blood glucose measurement – diabetes; * Cholesterol measurement; * Administration of injectables; * Medication review; * Self-care; * Immunization; * Smoking cessation support; * Weight loss support. * Use of company administrative/financial tools such as ERP and SNGPC; * Training store operators on the company’s service standards and pharmaceutical technical guidance; * Management of regulatory pharmaceutical technical procedures in the pharmacy. Requirements and Qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy; * Experience in customer service at retail stores; * Knowledge of analysis and interpretation of service and sales performance metrics and indicators; * Proficiency in customer service and sales techniques.
