Job Summary: Inspect pharmacy activities, analyze drug interactions, dispense materials, and provide technical guidance for pharmaceutical care. Key Highlights: 1. Development of pharmacovigilance and process control Inspect pharmacy activities, analyzing drug interactions prescribed by physicians, verifying medication name, dosage regimen, dosage amount, dose, pharmaceutical form, and cross-checking patient prescriptions; inspect material and drug dispensing; provide technical guidance regarding medications to ensure pharmaceutical care aimed at process control. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Screen and evaluate medical prescriptions based on prescribed dosage regimens; * Supervise staff in clinical assistance routines, supporting processes to ensure their execution; * Assist in developing the pharmacovigilance committee; * Evaluate medical prescriptions to prevent drug interactions through pharmacotherapeutic analysis; * Supervise daily drug restocking to improve replenishment time for consumed medications; * Conduct technical training sessions and meetings for the team to enhance their competence in area-specific processes and consequently improve the quality of pharmaceutical care provided; * Perform other duties pertinent to the position. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed undergraduate degree in Pharmacy; * Experience in public service and pharmaceutical care; * Intermediate-level computer skills; * Active Regional Council of Pharmacy (CRF) registration. **Additional Information** **Hiring Unit:** UAI Planalto **Monthly Working Hours:** 180H **Work Schedule:** Rotating 12x36 shift from 06:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., including two night shifts per rotation from 6:30 p.m. to 6:30 a.m. **Salary Range:** R$4\.000,00 to R$4\.300,00 **Benefits:** * Life Insurance * Meal Allowance * On-site meals * Partnership with SESC and Clube Tangará **SPDM** \- Associação Paulista para o Desenvolvimento da Medicina is a non-profit, philanthropic civil association, federally, state- and municipally recognized as being of public utility, pursuant to Decrees No. 57\.925, dated 03/04/1966; No. 40\.103, dated 05/17/1962; and No. 8\.911, dated 07/30/1970\. SPDM – Associação Paulista para o Desenvolvimento da Medicina assumed management of Uberlândia Municipal Integrated Care Units (UAIs) on June 1, 2018, pursuing excellence in public health services and commitment to SUS principles. Accordingly, SPDM’s operational and clinical activities across Uberlândia Municipal Health Units span three health service sectors: Central-North Sector and West Sector.
