Integrated collaboration with Marketing, Communications, and Services **About the Opportunity** We seek a professional with a commercial, relational, and consultative profile who enjoys connecting with people and companies, understanding their needs, and presenting solutions that truly deliver value. Here, you will be a protagonist in driving the association’s growth and strengthening relationships with our members. **Main Responsibilities** Analyze the profile of potential members to identify needs and opportunities, planning presentation meetings for the association’s products and services; Approach and convert leads by presenting the benefits of membership and strengthening relationships from the first contact; Conduct consultative sales of products, services, events, and programs, promoting upselling and cross\-selling of solutions that add value to members; Maintain and strengthen relationships with the active member base, ensuring excellent service and continuously offering new opportunities; Develop strategies and actions to achieve sales and acquisition targets, contributing to the association’s sustainable growth; Conduct in\-person and telephone outreach, ensuring the association’s active market presence; Represent the association at internal and external events, acting as a brand ambassador; Collect market and member feedback, sharing insights with internal departments to continuously improve products and services; Collaborate closely with Marketing, Communications, and Services teams to ensure a consistent, member\-aligned experience; Record and track sales activities and results in the management system, ensuring organized goal monitoring; Perform other related duties as required by the department. Requirements: ✅ **Requirements:** Education: Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commercial Management, or related fields. Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of experience in external sales, customer prospecting, or commercial roles, preferably in B2B environments, associations, or nonprofit organizations. ✅ **Knowledge and Skills:** Consultative sales techniques; Customer prospecting and lead development; Retention and loyalty strategies; Basic knowledge of Marketing and Communications; Familiarity with CRM systems and other customer relationship management tools.
