Maintenance of records and organization of the weighing area **Description** **Purpose of the Position** Ensure precise control of product weighing, handling, and recording, guaranteeing compliance with regulations and operational logistics efficiency. **Activities and Responsibilities** * Manage truck traffic flow for loading and unloading, authorizing security personnel regarding the correct timing for entry and exit to ensure operational fluidity. * Verify and validate documents from producers, carriers, and drivers—including invoices, certificates of origin, and transport licenses—ensuring compliance with current regulations. * Perform truck weighing upon receipt and dispatch, ensuring compliance with weight and dimension legislation to avoid fines and penalties. * Coordinate with classifiers and operators on proper product destination, guiding drivers on unloading and loading procedures. * Update and verify daily product movement reports, maintaining accurate records for inventory control and operational monitoring. * Maintain organized physical and digital files to facilitate audits and inspections, ensuring product traceability. * Conduct periodic inspections of scales, verifying their condition and checking calibration validity to ensure weighing accuracy. * Ensure cleanliness and organization of the weighing area, preserving safety and operational efficiency. **Requirements:** * Completed High School Education * Technical degree in Logistics, Administration, Agribusiness, or related fields (Desirable) * Residency in Guarda\-Mor or surrounding region * Availability: Business hours, with occasional flexibility in scheduling **Desirable proficiency/experience in or with:** * Tax Legislation applicable to operations * Fiscal Document Attributes: CFOP, CST, NCM, Tax Rates, Tax Base, and Withholdings * Weighing Operations, Control of Goods Inbound and Outbound, or Logistics * Operation of Road Scales and Weighing Systems * Basic Scale Calibration and Maintenance **Benefits** * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Fuel allowance Employment Type: Full-time, CLT Permanent Contract Salary: R$2\.100,00 \- R$2\.315,00 per month Benefits: * Fuel allowance * Life insurance * Meal allowance
