We operate with passion, responsibility, and excellence, guided by three pillars that define our culture: **knowledge, reputation, and trust**. **Want to be part of this story?** Review the job details and apply to grow with us! **Responsibilities and Activities** ✔️ Conduct freight quotations and accreditation of finished product shipments. ✔️ Ensure loading and deliveries occur on scheduled dates. ✔️ Perform follow-up on product dispatch operations and schedule unloading when necessary. ✔️ Analyze freight rate reconciliations for domestic, international, and rail transport, as well as monthly freight cost closures for the department. ✔️ Issue debit notes for weight discrepancies, claims, and validate costs related to storage fees. ✔️ Support immediate management on matters pertaining to your area of expertise, presenting and discussing problems and solutions, contributing to process improvements aimed at reducing logistics department costs. **Requirements and Qualifications** ✔️ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related fields; ✔️ Advanced proficiency in Excel; ✔️ SAP knowledge; ✔️ Advanced BI knowledge; ✔️ Intermediate English; ✔️ Strong interpersonal skills;
