Job Summary: The professional will collect samples, prepare mixtures, assemble and sanitize equipment, monitor products, and control parameters to ensure sector quality and organization, in compliance with GMP standards. DESCRIPTION * Collect product samples for laboratory analysis. * Prepare mixtures (mix) by incorporating ingredients. * Assemble and sanitize production lines and equipment. * Monitor, record, and cool products during processing. * Complete production forms and records. * Receive and verify inputs from the warehouse. * Move materials using electric and manual pallet jacks. * Operate equipment such as Triblender, homogenizer, and sugar conveying systems. * Control production process parameters. * Comply with GMP standards and operational procedures. * Ensure product quality and workplace organization. * Maintain facilities and equipment.
