Today, we serve more than 20,000 sales points across different regions of our country, delivering a complete range of over 100 products: cheeses, cream cheeses, yogurts, culinary line, among others! Main Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering, Administration, Logistics, or related fields; * Previous experience in Production Planning and Control, preferably in the food industry or dairy sector; * Knowledge of industrial dairy processes, production flow, times, and methods; * Proficiency in ERP systems and analytical tools (intermediate Excel, Power BI, etc.); * Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and food safety; * Analytical skills for developing production plans, inventory control, and productive capacity analysis; * Strong communication, organization, and decision-making skills; * Experience in monitoring performance indicators; * Availability to work in a factory environment and interact directly with production departments and related areas. Main Responsibilities: * Plan, schedule, and control production to meet demand and optimize plant capacity utilization; * Develop and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly production plans according to sales forecasts and raw material availability; * Monitor the progress of the production process, adjusting plans when necessary and communicating changes to involved departments; * Control inventory levels of finished goods, auxiliary materials, and inputs, ensuring accuracy and adequate supply; * Analyze PCP data and indicators, proposing process improvements and increased efficiency on the production line; * Support the production team in prioritizing orders and aligning schedules; * Prepare production performance reports and track deviations, proposing corrective actions; * Work closely with Production, Quality, Logistics, Purchasing, and Maintenance departments to ensure fulfillment of the production plan; * Contribute to process optimization, waste reduction, and productivity improvement.
