Lead, guide, and support Supervisors, Leaders, and Operational Employees. Control schedules, coverage, and occasional absences with the Operations Desk. Directly handle operational incidents, maintaining direct contact with the client. Conduct technical inspections and audits on contracts under your responsibility. Ensure proper use of PPE, uniforms, and safety procedures. Support the integration of new employees and team development. Desirable Experience Proven experience in personnel and service management, preferably in outsourced service environments. Experience in leading operational teams and customer service.
