**Prerequisites:** * Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields. * Experience in the field. * Knowledge of logistics software is a plus. **Responsibilities:** * Develop and manage centralized load assembly for all delivery regions to achieve a high service level; * Ensure delivery prioritization through customer classification; * Guarantee quality in the process and scheduling of deliveries; * Adhere to pre-established costs per vehicle type, radius, and locations; * Follow pre-defined routing schedules per location, transshipment point, and same-day service; * Responsible for recording returns, issuing invoice adjustments, and resending updated documents to customers; * Comply with pre-established service rules for locations and customers defined by the area manager; * Analyze and perform route planning, monitor adherence to schedules and costs, and coordinate with the area manager regarding any necessary route changes; * Full proficiency in the Route Planning tool (Fusion DMS); * Maintain confidentiality of route planning information, load values, and vehicle quantities. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday: 09:30 AM to 7:30 PM; Saturday: 09:00 AM to 1:00 PM. **Compensation and Benefits:** Salary + Food Allowance of R$ 700.00 + Dental Plan + Telemedicine Health Assistance + Wellhub + Profit Sharing (PLR).
