




Job Summary: Perform pre-preparation and assist in food preparation while maintaining kitchen organization and cleanliness, ensuring food safety. Key Highlights: 1. Ensure proper handling and storage of food. **Main Responsibilities:** * Perform food pre-preparation: wash, peel, chop, and portion ingredients according to kitchen team instructions. * Assist in dish preparation following the chef's or cooks' instructions, applying basic techniques such as boiling, grilling, and baking. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including countertops, utensils, pots, equipment, and storage areas. * Ensure proper handling and storage of food, complying with food safety standards and product expiration dates. * Support inventory control: check quantities of supplies and materials, report replenishment needs, and ensure proper item preservation. * And other duties within the department. **Desired Qualifications:** * Completed elementary education; * Prior experience in kitchen operations is considered an advantage; * Basic knowledge of food hygiene and handling practices; * Organization, agility, and proactivity.
