Ideal for those seeking growth in the IT field. **Main Responsibilities**: * Provide technical support to users (Help Desk Level 1 and Level 2\); * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on computers; * Configure and support printers; * Configure computers, notebooks, and mobile devices; * Organize and manage the company's IT assets; * Monitor backup routines; * Support IT infrastructure-related activities; * Participate in technology area improvement and innovation projects. **Requirements**: * Currently enrolled in or completed a technical course, or currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields; * Basic knowledge of hardware, Windows operating systems, networks, and Microsoft Office suite; * Ability to learn quickly, proactivity, and strong communication skills; * Organizational skills and commitment. **Preferred Qualifications**: * Technical courses, short-term courses, or certifications in technology; * Knowledge of networks, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and equipment support; * Prior experience in technical support or Help Desk; * Personal project development or participation in labs/home labs.
