We are hiring an **Encapsulator** to work in a production environment. The professional will be responsible for **assisting in the stages of the encapsulation process**, ensuring quality, speed, and productivity in daily tasks. It is essential to have **concentrated attention**, **proactivity**, **good teamwork skills**, and **agility** in performing activities. The job requires focus and care, therefore it is important that the candidate **does not have respiratory problems, allergies, back issues**, or **difficulty working in enclosed spaces**. The position requires **completed high school education**. The work schedule is from **Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 11:00 AM and 1:00 PM to 6:30 PM**, and on **Saturdays from 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM**. For the first three months, the salary will be **minimum wage plus a $150.00 allowance**. After this period, it will change to **commercial minimum wage plus a $150.00 allowance**.
