Vyas Group is a transportation company operating as a dedicated logistics provider for Ambev Brewery. We are hiring a professional to work at our Uberlândia unit as Heavy Fleet Maneuver Operator, performing duties relevant to this area. Grow with Vyas! **Responsibilities and Duties** **ACTIVITIES** * Provide telephone and WhatsApp support to drivers; * Manage driver schedules, complete and update travel spreadsheets; * Conduct pre\-trip interviews with drivers to assess their fitness to proceed with the trip; * Regularly inform the company and customers about delivery progress, operational issues, and commercial incidents; * Maintain positive relationships with drivers, partners, external customers, and contracting clients; * Monitor key performance indicators and working hours; * Issue CT\-e and MDF documents; * Hand over shift responsibilities clearly and concisely to minimize impacts and ensure appropriate follow\-up; * Perform related tasks as requested by supervisors; * Safeguard company assets (vehicles, equipment, resources, and facilities); * Properly wear uniforms and personal protective equipment provided by the company. **Requirements and Qualifications** PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree (Logistics or related fields); * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially intermediate Excel); * Experience in cargo monitoring, working hour control, and driver scheduling; * Flexible availability. **Additional Information** **Work Schedule:** 12x36 Day Shift **Benefits:** * Meal allowance; * Basic food basket; * Fuel allowance or transportation allowance; * Dental plan; * Health insurance; * Life insurance. **Who Are We?** ***Our specialty is bridging distances*** — we bring one of the world’s largest beverage brands, Ambev, closer to you through our **distributors**, **logistics partnerships**, and **franchised stores**.
