Job Summary: Professional responsible for road maintenance, tree pruning, cleaning, traffic signage, and asphalt finishing, working in compliance with technical standards. Key Highlights: 1. Pruning of trees and shrubs 2. Cleaning and traffic signage of roads for asphalt application 3. Assisting in the finishing of asphalt layer works Receive instructions and work orders from superiors, and execute or delegate them to subordinates as applicable; Perform pruning of trees and shrubs to clear the passage of equipment used for asphalt application and compaction; Clean the road surface prior to asphalt layer application using manual tools; Act as a traffic controller where road closure is required and “STOP AND GO” devices must be used; Assist in placing temporary signage necessary for asphalt layer application works; Assist in the finishing process of asphalt layer application works (Hot Mix Asphalt - HMA), using manual tools; Participate in internal meetings; comply with technical standards regarding quality, occupational safety, hygiene, health, and environmental protection. Willingness to travel when required. Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT **Salary: BRL 1,691.80 per month, plus 40% hazard pay based on the current minimum wage.
