We seek someone who doesn’t wait for constant guidance but instead demonstrates ownership, a sense of responsibility, and the ability to turn challenges into growth opportunities. **Responsibilities and Duties** **What You’ll Do Here** You will be responsible for driving our products forward with independence and business acumen: * Conduct **structured discovery** (interviews, benchmarks, and data analysis) to identify relevant opportunities. * Translate insights into a **clear, well-prioritized strategic roadmap**, with short-, medium-, and long-term perspectives. * Create **user stories, acceptance criteria, and prototypes**, collaborating closely with design and technology teams. * Work closely with **stakeholders**, influencing decisions and aligning expectations autonomously. * Define, monitor, and evolve **key metrics**, ensuring data-driven decision-making. * Lead the product development lifecycle, ensuring **delivery quality, pace, and consistency**. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Experience as a **Product Manager** in environments such as SaaS, fintechs, insurtechs, or marketplaces. * Bachelor’s degree in progress or completed in fields such as Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Computer Science, or related disciplines. * Strong experience in **discovery, hypothesis validation, and data-driven decision-making**. * Proven track record of operating with **high autonomy**, leading initiatives without reliance on micromanagement. * A **strategic and analytical profile**, capable of prioritizing, structuring problems, and proposing solutions. * Clear communication skills and the ability to influence cross-functional teams. **Nice-to-Have** * Experience in the **insurance, real estate, or payment methods** sectors. * Knowledge of **SUSEP regulation** or commission models. * Experience building **B2B and B2C** products. * Familiarity with **APIs and financial integrations**. **Additional Information** If you’re seeking an environment where autonomy, strategic thinking, and ownership are genuinely valued, SEGIMOB could be your next big challenge.
