Job Summary: The Business Analyst will identify and implement growth and improvement opportunities, optimizing processes and seeking solutions to enhance company performance and results across the group. Key Highlights: 1. Focus on process optimization and performance improvement. 2. Leverage value generation for insurance brokers and real estate agencies. 3. Strategic vision and results-oriented guidance. The Business Analyst will be responsible for identifying, analyzing, and implementing opportunities to improve the group's companies' growth and results. Working directly with teams from sales, marketing, product, brokers, and insurance companies, the focus will be on process optimization and identifying solutions that increase performance and results. The primary responsibility will be to leverage value generation for insurance brokers and real estate agencies, strongly grounded in data, numbers, and market analysis. Responsibilities and Duties: * Bachelor's degree in progress or completed in Administration, Economics, Engineering, Statistics, Information Technology, or related fields. * Prior experience in data analysis, strategic planning, and business development, preferably in the insurance or technology sector. * Proficiency with data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, Google Analytics, etc.). * Strong analytical ability and results orientation. * Excellent communication skills for presentations and interaction with diverse teams. * Knowledge of CRM platforms and marketing automation tools. * Experience monitoring and defining KPIs and performance metrics.
