The Consultant will be responsible for customer service from the first contact through after-sales support, providing humane, transparent service aligned with our brand values. **Responsibilities:** ✅ Identify customers' protection and financial planning needs. ✅ Prepare personalized quotes and proposals for auto, home, life insurance, consórcios, and financing. ✅ Maintain continuous relationships with the client portfolio, aiming for customer retention. ✅ Monitor renewals, recommend coverages, and clarify questions. ✅ Actively prospect new clients and business opportunities. ✅ Maintain and update sales reports and CRM data. ✅ Participate in team trainings and periodic meetings. **Requirements:** ✔ High school diploma (preferably a degree in Business Administration, Sales Management, or related fields). ✔ Strong communication and negotiation skills. ✔ Organized, committed, and results-driven personality. ✔ Basic computer knowledge. ✔ Previous sales experience is a plus, especially in insurance, consórcios, or financial products.
