If this profile resonates with you and you wish to be part of a team focused on excellence and results, apply now and build a promising future with us! **Responsibilities and Duties** The Operational Base Assistant is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, organization, and upkeep of the operational base facilities located along the highway. This professional performs essential functions to ensure the workplace meets appropriate standards of hygiene, safety, and organization, contributing to smooth operational functioning. * Clean and maintain internal and external areas of the operational base, including rest rooms, offices, restrooms, cafeterias, courtyards, and parking areas; * Clean and organize equipment and materials used at the base; * Perform proper waste collection and disposal in accordance with environmental and safety regulations; * Maintain stock levels of cleaning supplies and general-use materials at the base, replenishing as needed; * Wash floors, windows, furniture, and base equipment using appropriate products and tools; * Ensure cleanliness and organization of staff and user common and rest areas; * Assist in meal organization, if the base has a cafeteria; * Support operational safety of the base by maintaining a clean and safe environment for staff; * Comply with safety regulations, correctly using cleaning products and equipment. **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed Elementary Education; Prior experience in cleaning services or similar activities is desirable. **Additional Information** On-site work at the highway base; Work Schedule: Shift (2x2\). In the Way\-262 Concession, Way Brasil partners with investment manager Kinea. **Way\-306** Concessionária da Rodovia MS\-306 S.A. is responsible for administering the entire length of MS\-306, from km 0 at the MS/MT border to km 218.1 at its junction with BR\-158 in Cassilândia (MS), incorporating 1.4 kilometers of BR\-359 from km 0 to the MS/GO border. The highway crosses three municipalities: Costa Rica, Chapadão do Sul, and Cassilândia, all located in the northeastern portion of Mato Grosso do Sul State. **Way\-112** Concessionária das Rodovias do Leste MS S.A. is responsible for the concession of MS\-112 and sections of BR\-158 and BR\-436, totaling 412.4 kilometers in length. MS\-112 extends from its junction with BR\-158 in Três Lagoas to its junction with the same federal highway in Cassilândia, covering 200.5 kilometers. The concessioned section of BR\-158 runs from MS\-306 (Cassilândia) to its junction with MS\-444 (Selvíria), totaling 193.8 kilometers. The BR\-436 section extends from its junction with BR\-158 in Aparecida do Taboado to the end of the road-rail bridge, covering 18.10 kilometers, crossing six municipalities: Cassilândia, Paranaíba, Aparecida do Taboado, Inocência, Selvíria, and Três Lagoas. **Way\-262** Concessionária da Rodovia BR 262 MG S.A. is responsible for the concession of BR\-262, covering the stretch beginning at km 360\+100 at its junction with BR\-381 in Betim, extending to km 799 at its junction with BR\-050 in Uberaba, totaling 438.9 kilometers. The concessioned stretch lies within Minas Gerais State, in the region known as Triângulo Mineiro, crossing twenty municipalities: Betim, Juatuba, Mateus Leme, Florestal, Igaratinga, Pará de Minas, São Gonçalo do Pará, Conceição do Pará, Nova Serrana, Araújos, Bom Despacho, Moema, Luz, Córrego Dantas, Campos Altos, Ibiá, Araxá, Perdizes, Sacramento, and Uberaba.
