Administrative support and process organization Job Details: * Provide student support via internal platforms, analyzing financial issues related to enrollment and clarifying doubts; * Complete and manage spreadsheets, ensuring process organization and efficiency. * Support student retention and loyalty initiatives. * Provide necessary administrative support as required. * Receive and process student enrollments and monthly tuition payments. * Completed High School and/or currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Administration, Accounting, or related fields; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); * Strong communication skills and customer service aptitude; Monday to Friday, from 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM; Saturday, from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
